Ingredients for Merinet Masala

  • (Salt, Cumin pest, Ginger pest, Soya sauce, Cinnamon Sticks pest, Lemon Juice, Vinegar)
  • 1 500 gm Chicken ( 4 Pices)
  • Quantity Salt
  • 3 TSP Ginger pest
  • 2 TSP Cumin Pest
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon Sticks pest
  • 250 gm Fresh Oil
  • ⅘ Onion Chopped
  • 2 TSP Onion pest
  • 1 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 TSP Garlic pest
  • 2 TSP Pesta Nut pest
  • 2 TSP Poppy Seeds Pest
  • ¾ spoon Yogurt
  • 2 Bay leaf 4 Aloo Bukhara
  • ⅘ Green Chilli Chopped

Ingredients for Special Roast Masala

  • Nutmeg ( জায়ফল )
  • 1 pc Mace (জয়িত্রী )
  • 3 pcs Cinnamon Sticks
  • Sahi Cumin
  • Green Cardamoms

How to make the Chicken Roast Bangla Recipe step by step instruction :

Bangladeshi Chicken Roast Recipe shared here will give you mouthwatering. First one chicken have to be divided into pices then I’ll keep it in a bowl. Then I’ll keep pure salt in it and after by after I’ll keep Cumin pest, Ginger pest, Soya sauce, Cinnamon Sticks pest, Lemon Juice and at last I’ll keep Vinegar and then I’ll mix all the Masalas in the chicken. I’ll mix all the mixture very well. Then I’ll keep these chicken in fridge for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I’ll put 2 cup oil in a fry pan and will hit upon it well. Then i will put all the chicken in this hot oil and fry it very well.

After frying all the chicken I’ll take all the chicken in a dry pot. now add half cup of oil in the fry pan and then I’ll keep ⅘ Onion Chopped and when the onion Chopped will fry well then I’ll keep all the Ingredients after by after 2 TSP Onion pest, 1 TSP Coriander Powder, 1 TSP Garlic pest.Then I’ll fry all the Ingredients very well. 2 TSP Paste Nut pest and then I’ll keep 2 TSP Poppy Seeds Pest after I’ll keep quantity salt and mixed it well. Now Add 2 Bay leaf . After frying all the Ingredients I’ll keep the mixed chicken in this and then I’ll keep 4 Aloo Bukhara and then I’ll put ¾ spoon Yogurt in this. After that some water in it and then I’ll put ⅘ Green Chili Chopped and then I’ll add special masala which content’s some masalas. Then I’ll keep it about 10 to 15 minutes.
